RETURN / EXCHANGE Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with our products. 

Before returning any items, please note:
1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase (with the exception of the holiday season Oct 15 - Dec 31st, in which items can be returned up until Jan 31st)
2. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
3. Items must be returned in saleable condition. Please return items folded in as close to original packaging as possible.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Fishers Finery merchandise that are marked down from the original purchase price are eligible for a one-time price adjustment if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, simply you call 860-426-9847 or send us an email message at CustomerService@FishersFinery.com within the fourteen (14) day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.

Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.


IF WE'VE MADE A MISTAKE
We strive to be perfect, but from time to time ship the wrong size or color! If we sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional charge. Please contact us at 860-426-9847 or email us at CustomerService@FishersFinery.com and a Product Specialist will immediately work to resolve the issue.

GIFT RECIPIENT EXCHANGES and RETURNS:  As many of our products are purchased as gifts, we understand that you may wish to exchange for a different size, color or item.  We can also offer store credit if the original order can be identified.  Refunds can only go back to buyer.  Simply email us at CustomerService@FishersFinery.com or call 860-426-9851.
