Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with our products. As many of our products are purchased as gifts, we understand that you may wish to exchange for a different size, color or item. Simply email us at CustomerService@FishersFinery.com or call 860-426-9851. You are responsible for return shipping. If for any reason you're not completely happy with an item, please let us know and we will gladly replace it. All you have to do is follow the instructions below. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we will send you a replacement for no additional shipping charge.

Before returning any items, please note:
1. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
2. Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
3. Items must be returned in "saleable" condition. Please return items folded in as close to original packaging as possible.
4. All "Sale" items sales are final.


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Fishers Finery merchandise that are marked down from the original purchase price are eligible for a one-time price adjustment if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, simply you call 860-426-9847 or send us an email message at CustomerService@FishersFinery.com within the fourteen (14) day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.

Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.


IF WE'VE MADE A MISTAKE
We strive to be perfect, but from time to time ship the wrong size or color! If we sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional charge. Please contact us at 860-426-9847 or email us at CustomerService@FishersFinery.com and a Product Specialist will immediately work to resolve the issue.


HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
1. Go to the top of this page and fill out your email and order number.
2. Follow the steps and choose the reason for return.
3. Once we authorize the return, an email will be sent with an authorization number that you can put on your return shipping package.  The return address is below and will also be provided on the email.

4. Place the package in the mail.  If this is for a refund, refunds will be processed within a few days of the receipt of the package.


Please note that items returned in non-salable condition will void our return policy. The most common issue is product being returned in a bag that was original sent in a box. HOW TO EXCHANGE ITEMS IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS
1. Please contact us for an exchange at: CustomerService@FishersFinery.com.  

2. Please include a written note or printed copy of the correspondance from customer service regarding the exchange.  Remember to indicate the style, color and size of your replacement item(s). 

3. Send back the items in the original box (or a different box, as long as it's unmarked) to the address below. We suggest you use USPS Priority Mail or a carrier that provides tracking. Fishers Finery is not responsible for lost shipments.

REFUND REQUESTS
When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 2 weeks).


EXCHANGE REQUESTS
When the returned item is received, we immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. You may see a new charge on your credit card statement for the replacement item but the value of your returned item will be credited back when our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 3 days). There are no additional charges, you will be credited back the full value of your original purchase.
