Returns and Exchanges Made Easy

Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with our products. As many of our products are purchased as gifts, we understand that you may wish to exchange for a different size, color or item.

  • FREE Exchanges: We offer Free Shipping both ways on Exchanges and Exchanges for Store Credit.  We provide a free, prepaid mailing label.
  • Returns: We offer easy returns by providing a prepaid label using the form above.  All returns are subject to a $6.95 fee which will include both the cost of the label and the return.  This amount will be deducted from the total refund upon receipt of the item.

If for any reason you're not completely happy with an item, please let us know and we will gladly replace it. Simply email us at CustomerService@FishersFinery.com or call 860-426-9851.

Before returning any items, please note:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.  Items purchased for gifts in November and December can be returned up until January 31s of the following year.
  • Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
  • Items must be returned in "sellable" condition. Please return items folded in as close to original packaging as possible.




PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Fishers Finery merchandise that are marked down from the original purchase price are eligible for a one-time price adjustment if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, simply you call 860-426-9847 or send us an email message at CustomerService@FishersFinery.com within the fourteen (14) day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.

Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.


IF WE'VE MADE A MISTAKE
We strive to be perfect, but from time to time ship the wrong size or color! If we sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional charge. Please contact us at 860-426-9847 or email us at CustomerService@FishersFinery.com and a Product Specialist will immediately work to resolve the issue.

Return and Exchange Instructions


RETURNS
1. Go to the top of this page and fill out your email and order number.
2. Follow the steps and choose the reason for return.
3. You will be provided the options to return or exchange.

4. A prepaid label will be provided to you either on the webpage and will be sent to your email.  Please see the instructions as you accept the option.  Please note that if the label is not created immediately, a note will appear that it is being sent to your email.

5. Place the package in the mail.  If this is for a refund, refunds will be processed within a few days of the receipt of the package with the subtraction of the $6.95 return process fee.  Exchanges will be sent within a few days of receipt of the return and you will be notified.  Exchanges for store credits will also be processed within a few days and you will receive your code in your email.

 

EXCHANGES

3. You will be provided the options to return or exchange.  If you are picking the exchange for an new item, please note what item you would like to exchange for in the text box further into the process.  If we need clarification, we will reach out to you.

  • Items returned in non-salable condition will void our return policy.
  • Any unused prepaid return labels are subject to be voided 14 days after return request has been initiated.

EXCHANGE REQUESTS
When the returned item is received, we immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge.
