Summer is just around the corner and its time, if you haven't already, to start to shed those winter blues.

We're so excited for longer days, sandy beaches and salty air!

With that comes the confidence to bare a little more skin and show off your tan lines. Nutrition is such a HUGE factor in this. We always strive to live as healthy of a lifestyle as we can, but in New England there's a thing called Winter and its real.

To help you get summer-ready, we've come up with 5 of our favorite healthy recipes that you should incorporate into your every-day routine. They will help to shed a few pounds, give you that glow and get you ready for bikini season!



It's important to stay fully hydrated at all times, but especially during the summer. Infuse your water with fresh nutrients to help purify your body. You can also swap the strawberries for raspberries, lemon or oranges!
